When our PEX line leaked and caused our ceiling to cave in our Insurance sent out The Paul Davis team. Ray Fleming arrived within the hour with a warm smile and reassurance that they were there to help. Ray is one of the kindest people I have ever met, he loves his trade, but it is evident that he cares for the people affected by the emergency so much more. His professionalism and ability to communicate the next steps as well as what to expect with ease created the opportunity for trust to be built and peace to set in. Every step of the way he communicated clearly to both myself and the insurance company, he was knowledgeable about the process and determined to provide the BEST service! Not only is Ray’s work exceptional, efficient and thorough, but he, himself is one in a million! When someone has a deep passion for what they do and loves people it is so refreshing! Thank you Paul Davis, for the amazing, quality work that you performed and for sending Ray our way, it felt like family coming to help in the time of need!
The entire team at PDR - Corona (field and office) is knowledgeable, professional, and easy-going. They answer all your questions and help you move through the sometimes confusing insurance steps, even help you manage your own stress. Throughout my water leak incident, they work fast and got my house dry and functional with very little pain. I will always work with them in any situation!
