I saw Dr Babak Roshdieh for hair loss. I had a Saturday morning appointment. He showed up very late to the office & the staff mentioned that he does that often. He doesn't listen well-just insists he is right before he even knows your situation. I went to him for hair loss. I wanted a scalp biopsy so I can determine what treatment would be effective & not waste my time & money trying things that won't even work. I also have scalp pain & wanted to see if maybe I have a scalp or hair follicle infection. He refused to do a scalp biopsy or culture. He insisted my hair loss is because I'm autoimmune, he says I will always struggle with hair loss. He told me to try minoxidil & "Hope" that it works. He also said he was going to prescribe minoxidil but the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. And no education was given on minoxidil. Horrible care all the way around. There was no good aspect to any of this.

So far getting an appointment has been a nightmare (Upland office) Called and was on hold and finally left a call back number. The called back 3 days later and I missed the call (no name on the caller ID) Called back again - was on hold for a total of 32 minutes before scheduling an appointment. I'm hoping the Dr is better than his staff. So inconsiderate to waste people's time like this.

This place has gone down the shitter since Pac Derm took over. Dr Roshdieh is still awesome, but the front office people are rude and incompetent. They canceled my appointment with out telling me, which seems to be something they do based on other reviews I've read. I'm not wasting any more time with Pac Derm.
