Paid extra to have Dr. To look at the photos/scan of my son's and my eyes, but my other optometrist did this without the extra charge. Seemed unnecessary (especially if you're overall healthy). But now I know and won't pay the extra when the rest of my family goes.“

“I have been going to Dr Le for a few years and she is the best. Friendly, professional and caring. I recommend her highly. The reason for less than 5 stars is for the glasses frames selection at the adjacent optical department. I have been going to them for many years for my new glasses. A few years ago they carried a some name brand and high end frames but over the last few years about 99.9% of the frames are off brand frames that appear cheaply made. I have been disappointed in their selection. And also their lenses pricing has gone up over 50% over 2 years ago. I am sorry to say I am done with their Optical Department“

“I want in for an eye exam. The office was neat and organized. The lady at the front desk greeted me when I walked and was nice to help me with the paperwork. I didn't have to wait long before Eileen took me to the back for the eye exam. She was very patient and nice. The overall eye exam didn't feel rushed. Dr. Rana explained thoroughly my results and asked if I had any questions pertaining my results. Afterwards, Eileen took me to Liz who was also patient with me as I was indecisive in which frames to get. She asked me what types of frames I like best and she immediately grabbed some that she thought I would like. I have also taken my mom in which they were very welcoming as she does not know much English. Some of the workers were bilingual so they assisted her to get her glasses. Even though there was a language barrier between my mom and the doctor, Dr. Arabi was very helpful and made her feel welcomed and comfortable. They are very caring for their patients and such a friendly, inclusive environment. Thank you for your assistance and time!“
