Kaiser Permanente Healthy Living Store

I had a visit today that I still cannot believe went so well. Beatrice (Bee ) was amazing at the front desk. She was so helpful in finding me an appointment, getting me checked in, and assisting in changing my primary care physician. I have been so discouraged lately trying to find a good physician, but after today, I am super grateful and look forward to future visits. Thank you Beatrice for all of your help, warm hospitality, and that unexpected follow up phone call. I truly appreciate it. Your kind heart does not go unnoticed.

This is for the Call center, for med refills, didn't know where to find their location, or to contact the Call Center, there is a problem with receiving the meds in a timely manner, never had to wait more than 3 days, but this time around it was a week later and several calls in and no one can really help. Its just better to just go and pickup the meds and I will, no more having it arrive in the mail... Kaiser Jan 1 2023 Seemed to change with problems overnight, not happy! Either Kaiser just has too many patient members they can't handle the flow anymore, I don't know!

Very clean facilities. Has pharmacy, lab, eye center, x-ray, many different doctors and departments. Doctor Ngo is super! Pharmacy staff is wonderful and helpful. Parking can be busy, but overall 5 stars!!
