I had a wonderful experience with this home health service, The nurse Sandra was always so sweet to me and the best this was the first time i ever had someone take care of my wound and i’m glad to say that she was the best and very honest as well. Lastly when the office would keep in contact with me the lady that i would talk to as well was very nice to me.

Grapevine nurses have been taking Care of my wound for 9 months now. Carolina and Kelly have been coming Religiously Never missing a day since the beginning. I think I would have had a lot more problems had they not been here To take care Of a wound I couldn't take care of very easily. I highly recommend grapevine home health care if you have you have the need for them they're great. I don't understand the 2.6 rating Because to me they are top of the line. I only wish the doctors would take care of me as good has grapeline home health care has done. Very disorganized and disheveled. Not enough nurses are ends to do IVs and not enough staff to go around for the patients needs. They don't meet their time and they cannot set an appropriate time because I do not have the staff available to do the appointment when they're supposed to come to the appointment for the patient. They get paperwork screwed up hard to get in contact with anybody. Left me with an empty dose of IV medicine on not administering new dose of IV meds.. some of the nurses are great with wound care and some other nurses are not great at wound care when it comes to wrapping up a balloon and having it not fall apart after being wrapped.
