My husband, a brain cancer survivor still undergoing follow up every 8 months with City of hope, had an MRI authorization pending for a MONTH without letting us know if it was approved or not. I followed up 5+ calls to no avail, and city of hope followed up more than 12 times. If they don’t want to approve the out of network mri, at least just reject it, let the patient know so that we can figure something out! The representative on the phone was always “emailing the UM dept” to expedite the process but it never went anywhere. So frustrating and disappointing. I am looking to transfer to another medical group.

They are so nice there I am happy with there services Dr. Micah is always on it with me never have a bad experience when I am there don't spend too long in the waiting room... He is always concerned on how I am feeling I feel he is genuine and a humble doctor..
