The installers were very focused and swift and efficient in their work. They thoroughly cleaned up after the work was finished and thoroughly explained how to use the new system. Both gentlemen were very cordial, courteous and professional.
I must say Goettl service and communication was above and beyond my expectations especially on a record breaking heat wave weekend. So many emergencies with AC breaking down. Especially mine. Thier technician Jose Olvera was so patient and determined to fix our issue knowing how important it was for our senior residents to have Ac.
