I am very pleased with the service provided by Kevin. My AC stopped working during our heat wave last week. Frinj Energy sent Kevin the next day. Kevin found the problem right away and replaced the faulty part. He was professional, courteous and friendly. Thank you for great service.
Our A/C stopped working on Sunday. Our home warrsnty company (it rhymes with Midelity Rational) said it would take three days to get someone to see if it was covered. Kevin tesponded within 15 minutes and said he could come out that day. We could live ine night. Not only was he prompt on Minday, he was early. Fixed the problem within a half hour. 5 star service and I highly recommend him.
Kevin was really helpful and super friendly. Having a dog was no issue to him. Even though I decided to keep her away to avoid her getting too excited, he still showed her a lot of love. Thank you again, I hope I do not need your services anytime soon but if I do, Kevin will be my first choice! He was able to give us a diagnosis and fix the issue in 15-20 minutes, tops. He already had the part we needed handy which made it 10x better. I will be recommending his services to anyone I know who might need it. Thanks again, Kevin.
