Called Friends & Family HVAC on a Friday regarding a problem with my A/C unit and they showed up the next day. Alfred dealt with the issue quickly and professionally. I couldn’t be happier with this company and highly recommend them.

Max did a fantastic job of explaining and showing the issues we had with our HVAC. He went thru the AC units and the heating unit in the attic and explain every section that would need to be replaced since we had a 19 year old system. He showed were there were previous issues with the drainage from the AC unit from a water leak in the ceiling and what the difference would be with a new unit. I would highly recommend Friends and Family HVAC and Max again.

Mike Meza came to my home to fix my AC that wasn't cooling. He was very professional and nice. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. He had the part needed with him and my home was back to cooling in no time. This company uses knowledgeable people in their workforce. They absolutely know what they are doing and the prices are fair.
