My skylights were getting old and I wanted to replace them before they got worse! I was referred by a neighbor because of the way her skylights looked and because she was happy with the product and work. I contacted Franco and he returned my call within a day. He sent a crew member to look and measure the same week and provided me a quote a few days later. I decided to go with VELUX but because two of my skylights needed to be custom made, Franco informed me it was going to take about 6 - 8 weeks. I was willing to wait. Franco operates a very professional business specializing in solving unique skylight problems. He and his team solved my problems on time, within budget with a high quality solution to my unique skylight problem. Franco is a man of his word and will stand behind his work. He is a professional in every way and I’d retain his services again in a heart beat.
Looking to replace my skylight. My call for a VELUX skylight was provided to Franco with FAB construction. I called and spoke with Franco on January 22nd. I Requested a cost and time estimate and sent a picture of what I was looking to have replaced. Franco was courteous and said he would send me an email that afternoon and asked me to please send a picture with my email information. I did immediately upon hanging up on call with him. 3 days later on January 25th I texted Franco again to check in and to let him know I had not received his email.
