Damian Delapp Builders constructed our entire 1200sqft, 3 bed 2 bath ADU home on our property and the results were fantastic.The work was extremely professional, clean and done quickly. He also was very helpful from the start to giving ideas and recommendations on how to make the house better through his years of experience and broad knowledge which gave us a sense of assurance. We are deeply thankful and greatly satisfied of the work Damian Delapp and his crew has provided us with our new home.

We gave Damian a call back in 2021 to put an approximately 17x14 addition onto our house. He was very punctual, easy to talk to, and answered all of our questions (and phone calls!) Damian, Pascual, and the rest of his team did a PHENOMENAL JOB and the addition looks like it is totally original to the house. I honestly can’t believe it. Everyone who comes over always expresses how great it looks. If something small ever came up they took care of us right away. They say in construction you can only pick two: cost, time, or quality. Damian transformed our nice kitchen to a spectacular kitchen! He reworked all our appliance locations, removed our drop down ceiling, added wonderful new lighting and tons of cabinets! We couldn't be more happy. I included before and after pictures, see for yourself.Service: Remodeling
