I have been training with Vince for close to 3 years now. His technique and teaching skills are top notch. However, the thing that I like the most about his style is that it is friendly, inviting, and respectful. No arrogance, no bullying on the mats. He is also fantastic with kids! I've never seen anyone so patient. My 6 year old daughter and 9 year old son train with him as well. Give No Borders a try, you can't go wrong.
