Have been bringing clothes here for awhile now. The quality level is steadily going down. Brought in a suit coat with just a normal easy food stain on the lapel, it was still there when they 'professionally dry cleaned it'. That is impossible since I dabbed it out with a wet towel when I got home. Makes me wonder just how much cleaning is really being done on my clothes. Also, their prices have went up almost 15% in the last month. The competition for dry cleaning in corona is strong - this is not the way to retain customers.
Tried them after a long time.. very courteous and polite staff..I gave shirts for press which they fulfilled within committed time..packaged in set of 3 and bundle of 10..will continue using them.
I am updating this review to 3 stars because the owner did make several attempts to contact me. With that, I appreciated it and simply asked for a refund for my "dry cleaning". The owner obliged and wrote me a check. However, I still feel that they should better train their employees to warn you about what could happen to your curtains when brought in for cleaning. At that point, we at least have the option and can decide whether or not to take the risk.
