Eric is not only an excellent plumber, but also an amazing guy. Anytime I’ve needed plumbing help, he’s been the one to call. I recently had a huge issue with my pressure regulator. It’s what adjusts the pressure coming in from the city into my home. The pressure from the city comes in at 140psi. The safe zone for a house is around 70-80psi. My plumbing and all my appliances were getting blasted with the full 140psi. The high pressure first broke some parts in my whole house water softening system, and who knows what was going to go next. This could ruined all of the appliances in my home. Big scare for me, easy job for Eric. He stopped by house and had the regulator replaced and the problem fixed in under 20 minutes. If he hadn’t been there, this could have cost me thousands of dollars, perhaps tens of thousands of dollars, in repairs. I’m very grateful for Eric. He’ll always be the guy I call and I highly recommend him to everyone.
All around great service. Answers phone calls, keeps you informed about when he will arrive. Nice to work with, cleans up after himself, solves the problem and charges a reasonable fee. Will definitely use him again when the need arises.
Eric is a perfectionist and really does an amazing job. His pricing is fair for the work he does, and he also was very professional and communicated well. I had a lot of questions and he really took time to answer all of them. Would highly recommend!
