“Bottom line... Dr Krage cares!! This man was so understanding and truly went above and beyond to assist us... Over the course of the last 13 months my husband was seen by numerous doctors, numerous chiropractors, & numerous physical therapists all to be left feeling under cared for... we were desperate for relief and contacted his office for help. I pleaded with his receptionist for an appointment asap because my husband was mentally and physically at the end of his rope in crippling siatic pain. She was amazing and squeezed us in ASAP!! Anyways, we ended up having to cancel because my husband could not get out of bed that morning.. A few days pass and I get a call from Dr Krage.. He said " I understand your husband is in a lot of pain, and I want to help. I saw the missed appointment and wanted to personally follow up. I know I can make your husband feel better." That statement made me want to cry. We spoke for nearly 30 minutes about my husbands back pain/journey, the lack of empathy/care/advice we've experienced. He gave me amazing advice and most importantly he gave us hope to continue on the healing journey. Long story short, we never made it to his office for treatment because my husband ended up in emergency surgery.... BUT I will always remember his kindness, empathy and genuine desire to be a wonderful person. He has wonderful qualities as a person which makes him an AMAZING doctor. Thank you Dr Krage and team!“

He really cares for his patients, and it shows. Dr. Torres is fantastic about hearing your concerns and providing the best adjustments and care needed to give the best outcome. “I started treatment at Ortiz Chiropractic begin of April of 2024. I was in a very sad shape as I had severe sciatica; I experienced a lot of pain and when I stood up after sitting or laying down, I literally had to stop and stand still for a minute or two before I could muster the courage to start walking due to the excruciating pain. After X-rays and exam I was put on the decompression program and I showed improvement after the first 5 treatments. My condition was so bad that I had to go daily for treatment because I had a trip to Bali coming up, that I was considering postponing due to the pain on my right side, shooting down all the way to my calf. If it was not for Dr. Ortiz I would have missed out on my vacation and would still be in pain and very miserable. I highly recommend Dr. O. as he is very caring and ethical and caring. Plus having Donia in the front office is a plus as she is also very caring and patient and kind.“
