“When I first started coming to Marisa I was hesitant from other bad experiences from past waxers. From my very first appointment and to still now, every single appointment has been amazing. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is so educated on her craft as well. After every appointment with her, my hair grows back slower and never any issues. She maintains an extremely clean and sanitized studio and that is always her main priority. I recommend her to anyone that I know is looking for a waxer or has had a bad experience with one in the past because she is simply the best!“

“Did a walk in with 2 of my kids, was taken in a few minutes by Jay. My son got a comb over hair cut, Jay made some suggestions which we agreed to and loved the turn around my son finally has someone who he can trust to get his haircuts from now on, Jay is super friendly and explained with such kindness to my son how to comb his hair.
Then for my teenage daughter who had long hair but wanted a new look (short hair) she showed him the haircut she wanted and she was super nervous of it not turning out the way she wanted. At the end she saw his results and absolutely loved it!!! I’m so glad we found this place, it’s definitely our go to place. Five stars and beyond for Jay’s amazing customer service. She takes the time to explain the entire process and ensures you're comfortable every step of the way. If you haven't tried sugar waxing yet, you're in for a treat. Then I stumbled across Chey when she worked for someone else at another salon about 5 years ago. I WILL GO WHEREVER SHE GOES! Chey is the best on the planet. I look forward to my appointments because I know I'm never dissapointed and it's best nap time! Shes super gentle and provides an ambiance in her studio that is perfect for relaxation. This girl has to put up with my snoring and my sometimes annoying appointment changes and mishaps, yet never fails to provide the best customer service and safe space to knock out and wake up feeling and looking fabulous! IF I can't get in and I'm desperate for a fill...I have gone to an alternate studio reluctantly, and it never fails that I am never satisfied elsewhere. ..I have learned (somewhat) to be more mindful of making my appointments with Chey more timely now.
