Alex was incredible!!! Even in the nasty 109° heat wave he made the time to fit me in next morning. The level of customer service that you will receive from Avalon Air is top notch!! I had a great experience with Avalon Air Conditioning. They came out the next day first thing in the morning, and after about an hour or two of troubleshooting was able to fix our system on the spot. They used a quality product to replace the default part, and provided an excellent service for a great price!
