The Technician Oscar King is highly knowledgeable with all systems, he communicates well to advise you of any issue(s) concerning your gate operators. Request Oscar if you want things done right the first time!! From my understanding I heard they fired the best motivated Tech Oscar King because he is the greatest gate-operator Master of all time!!

Had an issue with my gate, Keith was able to give a general diagnosis through photos to see if I can solve the problem myself. If the issue persists I’ll gladly give them my money for the repair. They’re not out to take your money and run like most companies. Honest guy, refreshing really.

Customer service above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. Thanks so much Alayna(sp) for all your help. Our tech Michael, was wonderful! Squeezed us in days early and handled manufacture warranty and all! Can't say enough good about this company.
