We need to change out the 30+ year old refrigeration unit in the wine cellar which is mounted on the ceiling. David is the owner and he is very knowledgeable. He is kind, pleasant and extremely good in responding to me both by text or phone. His crew was outstanding. They wore masks and booties every time and were very polite and nice. They know what they are doing and did not make any mess. I would highly recommend this awesome company to anyone. If they can replace a refrigeration unit on the ceiling, they can do anything!

These guys are fantastic! After purchasing a model home from Pardee Homes that included an Arctic Metalworks wine room, I was concerned to find that the wine room was not operating properly. Initially Pardee homes was either unable or unwilling to disclose the name of wine room contractor. In the meantime, I consulted with air conditioning repairmen and electricians in an effort to correct the problem. Unfortunately, I have since learned that since the wine room works with a refrigeration system, similar to, but not nearly the same as a refrigeration system. But I digress, unable to find any assistance in correcting my issues, I continued to press Pardee Homes for the contractors name. In the end they relented and put me in touch with David, the owner of Arctic Metalworks. David came out to my place the following day to take a look at the problem, and after working out the payment issues between his company and Pardee Homes, he returned a couple of days later to repair the unit. The unit worked fine for about 10 days before I began experiencing a new problem. I called David and he came out to replace a coupler that was causing a Freon leak. I must let you know that I am located a good 60 miles from their business, and the fact that they responded and arrived so quickly is very impressive. These guys are great, and are extremely customer service oriented. I would recommend them to anyone. And an FYI, do not allow an air conditioning company or an electrical company to work on your refrigeration system, as it appears to me, as David noted, they have no idea how these refrigeration systems work!

Put us on their calendar fast, showed up on time, cleaned up after. very professional attitude, knowledgable tradesmen, very helpful front office. it just doesn't get any better than that!
