Carlos was very professional and took a lot of pride in his business. He always answered the phone and was on time. His daughter runs the accounting and had excellent communication. I previously hired another company and they never returned my calls and delayed fixing my lights at my business for over two months. Carlos was a breath of fresh air. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did exactly what he promised. I just drove by my business to see what it all looked like at night and all the LED bulbs throughout the business signs (large mounted signs were converted from fluorescent bulbs to LED bulbs) and all the exterior lamps are incredibly bright and provide wonderful security for my business. This is why I always like to give my business to family-owned businesses! He went the extra mile to make sure that the job was done right. The job was not simple and straightforward either. I had photocells that needed to be replaced on my mountain signs. The signs had ballasts that needed to be replaced with LED ballasts and my lobby required a scissor lift to replace the ballasts and recessed lighting. He had all the necessary equipment and got it done in two days. Excellent work!
