I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I was so happy with my experience I had to share. I had a horrible slab leak at my home, and Ken and his team were able to come onsite within an hour to begin getting things fixed. We had the water back on later the same day, and everything better than new within 3 weeks!!!! You can tell Ken has been doing this for a long time, and he knew exactly how to document the damage in a way that minimized delays with the insurance company. Thank you so much, Ken!! You'll be my first call for any future work at the house!
Our new home flooded two days after moving in and Ken and his team at 911 restoration truly did an incredible job. Their communication was great and their work ethic was top notch. They made the whole process with insurance very simple and stress free. Everything that was damaged was restored fast. One of the workers told me that he had never seen the process for the build back go that quick. Their workers were friendly, hard working and accommodating. My wife and I were blown away by it all. They were truly a blessing.
