Vanessa is absolutely the best NP I have ever had in my life . She takes the time to really listen. She is very understanding and knows what she is doing! Not the best IV place I've been to in Newport for sure. Very bare bones with no private rooms. One reception and one nurse only. And you get your IV in a room with everyone else. No privacy or peace and quiet whatsoever. There was one very loud person there who disturbed the whole peace but that's what happens when you're getting your IV with 5 other people. The room where you talk to the nurse also has no privacy. If you speak loudly everyone can hear your convo. It got the job done and is only 6 min from my house but personally I prefer somewhere with a private room which is more quiet where you can rest if you have a headache or just aren't feeling... read full review
Had a terrible experience with the Restore Hyper Wellness franchises, so much so that I almost completely wrote off IV therapy. So glad that I gave the hydration room a try! Nurse Chynna was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. She wasn’t trying to talk me into the most expensive therapy, but what was best for me and my body.
