Donna provides a full-service haircut: Scissor cut, wash, neck trim with razor and additional extras if needed (sideburns, bushy eye brows, etc). I tried out several barbers in the area before I determined Donna was the best (confirmed by my wife). You might pay a little bit more, but you get what you pay for!
