“Eddie and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. Their quote was very competitive and they stuck to our budget, with no hidden costs. All of the workers were very friendly and punctual , we never had a incident of them being late or worse not showing up at all. While the quality of their work is very good there was some quality issue that we needed addressed. This to me was one the best qualities of Elegant construction, when we communicated our concerns Eddie didn't make excuses or make us feel uncomfortable about communicating our concerns , he just said " I'll send someone out to fix it" which he did almost immediately. And lastly before we made our final payment he personally came to inspect the job and asked if we were satisfied and if there was anything that needed to be addressed before we made our final payment. At the end of the day Eddie told me what they were going to do and did what he said he would do, to me that's all you can ask for from a contractor. I highly recommend Elegant Construction.“

“Ammie is an amazing, professional, and talented interior designer! She helped me design my living room, dining room, and entryway. My in-laws were arriving in a few weeks and I wanted to have a new and comfortable look for them. I was so impressed with how Ammie was able to finish it before they arrived! She was so efficient and her input was so valuable.

Previously, my living room was very dark and closed. After Ammie was finished, it was bright and flowy. It really opened up the space and made the room appear larger than before! She also helped me with my entryway and what a difference it made! She suggested a large painting with a console and it's made a great first impression on anyone entering my home. She was able to find furniture pieces that had this, such as a cabinet that was able to hold lots of items. Ammie also suggested plants to put in my space. And Wow! I didn't know how much plants can make such a difference! I highly recommend Ammie and I am so happy with how everything turned out!“

Prices (for both hardwood and install) are very reasonable. We found Slater Hardwood from Yelp, and it was a great experience from selecting the hardwood to installation. “I wish I contacted Jenna sooner! Jenna is so professional and she kept us on budget. I didn't have a huge project. For my kitchen, I needed an island installed, new countertops and backsplash, new sink/faucet, update cabinet hardware. For my great room, I had furniture pieces I wanted to keep and I just wanted some upgrades and changes to some pieces. I also needed some new light fixtures and decor on my large wall. “My family and I will always be grateful to the whole team at Oricon for giving us our dream kitchen remodel. The search for the right contractor was overwhelming and after interviewing at least a handful of contractors, my hubby and I narrowed it down to Oricon and another. It was a tough decision but what made us go with Oricon was the detailed questioning we received from Travis during his visit. He asked us about all sorts of details that the other guys did not. Plus it was just one of the intangible feelings. Anyhow, like all contractors and vendors during the pandemic, Oricon is backed up so we had to wait but it was well worth the wait. Some things we appreciated about the Oricon team: 1) great communication (whether it was phone, email, text or in person) was consistent. We asked a ton of questions and despite how busy they are, they always maintained constant communication with us. We received regular status updates on the work completed, work that was left to be done and of course the balance statements. We had a few issues that had to be resolved asap and we were impressed that Travis was on top of it with the options and his recommendation despite their many projects going on simultaneously. 2) workmanship- their expertise and professionalism were critical. Even though we didn't see the planning that went on behind the scenes, it was clearly evident that a substantial amount of planning went into the design and install. And like any project, not everything went as planned but we were never nervous since Steve, Travis and team always knew how to remedy the situation and were not satisfied unless we were happy with the end result. Oricon definitely stands behind their work and you definitely get what you pay for. We went from a dark, tiny corner kitchen that was not functional to the a bigger, brighter, and functional kitchen that we typically 'ooh and ahhh' at on pinterest (see photos) =). Many, MANY thanks to Travis, Steve, Briana, Victoria and the whole staff! we know who we're calling when it's time to fix the ugly bathroom :D.“
