Used Olivia to file my taxes in 2020 and she used the wrong social security numbers for both my kids after a stressful process to even get there cards for the 2020 shut down that year. So had to use her again the following year Incase of being audited. Brought her everything for my taxes and a week later I called to see if it was filled yet. She said no but would have it done over the weekend. Well 5 weeks go by and the IRS website is still saying they haven't even received it.. So stopped at the office every day for about 2 weeks and left several voice messages. Decided to use my brother phone and him leave a message and she called him back within an hour! Claimed she filed it and magically the next day IRS finally said it was received. And the after weeks of waiting she didn't even input my bank account information for the direct deposit and then had to wait weeks for a paper check to come. And with the credits being sent out end of this year I am very mad to know she made that now alot more difficult for me since it won't be direct deposited either🙄 you'd be better off with an online tax service
