I've worked with Cory and the White Magic team for about 19 years as a property manager. White Magic has been reliable for my clients janitorial needs for Communities I manage, ranging from small developments to multi-million dollar home developments. As a property manager, we have the responsibility to ensure contracts are being fulfilled and services are at A+ level. I've never had an issue with White Magic in all these years. If an emergency arises, White Magic has services available to rescue you from the headaches. I've also reached out to Cory for some suggestions on things they personally don't do, but may have come across. Most recently one of my communities had issues with ducks staying in their swimming pools causing them to be messy with bird droppings. Cory helped with some suggestions other property managers have done. It's the little things that help us all work together to find a solution that helps us all. It saves his team time from having to clean bird droppings, the community is cleaner, and my residents can enjoy their beautiful swimming pools.
