Jem Duco, my PT, was personable, warm and put me at ease. He wasn’t pushy but gentle and kind. Very knowledgeable and patient. He has great communication skills. Very compassionate.
If he was stuck in traffic he would notify me and give me an update on his ETA. Otherwise he was very timely.
If I could afford it, I would hire him out of pocket.
