This is a horrific business. They were hired by the HOA to fix dry rot and paint. They are very disrespectful, will climb into your patio with ladders without permission, are condescending to woman during conversations. I had to threaten to call the police if they entered our premises again. That was just during the dry rot removal. For painting, they broke plants, pottery, wind chimes, and spilled paint on my things. When they left each time, they left a huge mess, garbage that had to be picked up all over the complex. They also talk shit in Spanish, assuming that no one else can understand them. They do a little work here and there, then move on leaving a mess in their wake. When asked when they are going to finish, they make up excuses. When I asked the project foreman about painting, he had no clue where the workers were at in the process. He said he didn't work for Signature, and even though he was the foreman, he didn't know anything about the job. The only thing they did do was plaster signs all over the complex about needing to get into the units on certain days. Though if they can't get access, they'll throw ladders over fences and climb in regardless. While breaking personal property with no concern for people's belongings. This is a horrible company and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

If you are given an estimate from this company....run, I repeat RUN DO NOT WALK in the other direction. My HOA hired this company to paint our complex. 12 buildings...we are now 4 buildings in to a 12 building job and it is a mess. No notification as to when they will power wash, no notification as to when they will paint, the "foreman" and I use the term loosely, stood right in my driveway and said they would not touch the property on my patio to allow me time to clear the area. I came home that day, and they had moved everything, broken the nozzle off my hose, stacked cerarmic pots on top of other plants, complete mess. I called the company headquarters and reached Derrick. He was going to talk to the foreman and resolve the issues. WRONG. They have zero regard for the crew and what they are doing to our personal property. They simply blow smoke up our butts. The crew dumped water bottles and garbage in our landscaped areas. I found the letter denoting my unit number in the dirt under my stairs. The address letters are missing from the building and no one seems to know where they are. I spent hours cleaning up the mess they made of my patio and I came out this morning, and they had moved my property AGAIN to paint the wrought iron railing. Once again, no notice, no opportunity to move my property. Blatant disregard for the unit owners. I am the treasurer of my HOA and every unit owner has stopped me to complain about the crew and the damage done to their property/unit. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY....RUN!! I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before we agreed to hire this company. *UPDATE* Erik: Your response to my review is full of incorrect information. No notices were every posted on my building or on my front door EVER. Your "foreman" stood right in my driveway and apologized for the "lack of notice." His comment was "we knocked on your door." Great but I work, so that did me no good. The foreman also said he would not paint my patio so I could move my personal property after I got off work. Also, I never told Derrick that "I got home late so maybe I missed them." Totally inaccurate, never said that. Charge me extra for my lack of effort in preparing my unit? Seriously? Unbelievable that you even said that to me. Erik - your response is full of untruths so know the whole story before you respond. I ungraded my review to two stars because the numbers did reappear and were put back on the building. Once again, NOT ONE NOTICE ON MY BUILDING. I am sorry that you felt compelled to respond to my review with erroneous statements and untruths. Thank you for your input.

This company is one that gives contractors bad names. Their communication with me was horrible and disjointed. I received a bill for another client and never did get a final walk through with the contractor to confirm what work had actually been done. They definitely way overcharged for the services provided. When I tried to coordinate for the final walk through they cancelled last minute twice after I had already taken off work. So I lost money and productivity. I'm thankful I will never have to deal with such unprofessional and incompetent company again.
