Avoid at all cost. Give you a price then charge you almost double to quoted price. Don't show up on time. I called to ask for an eta no one answered the phone. I left the house to run errands. They finally call 3 hours after they should have already shown up. And tell me they are going to charge me because I wasn't there. Excuse me you were late. They job was less then half a*** And when they damaged my baseboards with the vacuum. I showed them they denied it. It was some scuff marks, an magic eraser would have fixed it. Lazy, rude and scammers. Watch your credit card if you do decide to work with them. Two months later, they tried to charge my card.

Charged full $700 for a terrible job. The house was empty (just bought), and had the carpets cleaned same day. The maids showed up over an hour late, AFTER the carpet cleaning which was NOT okay. They left cobwebs, scuff marks/dirt on baseboards, dust in hallway and closet corners, and water residue on the fridge. I tried working it out with management, but they said "cleaning is hard work" and "we apologize for disregarding your time." I would NEVER use them again, ever.Services: Deep clean

In 15 years, this was by far the worst "cleaning" I have had. They were grossly negligent in scheduling; similar to Comcast, they arrive within 5 minutes of the appointment window closing, regardless of oral agreements previously discussed with Office Manager, Ashika, on the phone. Because of the late arrival, the carpets were wet from the ON TIME carpet cleaner. The maids said they would use plastic bags for their feet, but they didn't. I didn't smell ANY cleaning solutions throughout the service and it was obvious by how much dirt, dust, scuff marks and cobwebs were left behind. I also had to leave by a certain time, which they disregarded COMPLETELY, and I was late to my next engagement by nearly TWO hours. I can't understand what they did honestly. It looks like they took a damp rag and wiped down the house. I just bought it.. it was clean, empty and they didn't have to worry about carpets. I wanted a sanitation and deep cleaning. They charged me the FULL $700 and simply said that they took extra time and it's a tough job. I'm disgusted and feel they took complete advantage of me. I will NEVER use this company again for myself or any of my clients.
