I can't say enough great things about Max Kessler from Service Champions! He consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. So today I had made a call to service champions that I was dreading. I was having trouble with my Thermostat not getting the heater to run when I needed it. They immediately sent out Augie who showed up on a timely manner and went over and beyond to get my system running smoothly. He replaced the Thermostat with a newer better one and cleaned out my heater as it had build up dirt that wasn't letting it run properly. I am very appreciated of Augie & SC for getting this done on the day I called. Thank you.
I am delighted that in the spring of 2024 Service Champions added plumbing to its repertoire of services (electrical added sometime earlier). Technician Sam Kemp called today to service our water heater (which SC installed three years ago). He flushed the tank and poked around to see if everything was operating as it should. The heater got a clean bill of health.Sam was very professional -- knew his stuff, was efficient, courteous, amiable, explained exactly what he did and why. Sam earned an A+ from us, as does SC as a company. we have had nothing but good experiences over the years. Highly recommend.
