WOW! I've struggled to find a reliable lash tech in the Concord/Pleasant Hill area. I took a chance with Serenity Beauty Lounge and hit the jackpot! Rachelle is amazing!! I got a lash lift done by her and she didn't disappoint. From the moment I walked in the shop, I felt welcomed as she greeted me with enthusiasm. She also ensured me that she would be wearing her mask while doing the service, which I appreciated. No one wears masks anymore :( Her room was very clean. Rachael is absolutely amazing. I was a little concerned that my anxiety might kick in having lay down for the time it took to do my eyelashes. However, she made me feel very comfortable, so it was never an issue. My lashes came out exactly like I wanted. The location is decorated very classy. I will definitely be returning for future appointments.

OMG, Can I say paradise?!! That is exactly how I felt going into this place of business. Wonderful Mello vibes!! Rachelle is very friendly, hospitable, and very informational with ever step and detail. This was the first time I have ever had a facial, and I must say it was the most amazing experience I've ever had. I felt like a million bucks afterwards. When she was done with my facial she showed me what I needed to keep mine face looking beautiful, and glowing. If you want an amazing experience Rachelle is your girl!!
