I was somewhat skeptical but based on the reviews and the brittle condition of my roof, I gave it a try. I was not just surprised but shocked as to the flexibility and overall change of my singles. Best money I've spent on my house, and I will be doing it again in 5 or so years. The dealer in NW Arkansas was awesome in helping us through the process.

The franchisee is a talker! Try to deal with him via emails, if you're not a talker like him. He wanted to start the work before going on the roof, but luckily we waited. Later, after seeing pictures our roof was too old, so we dodged a bullet on that one.

it takes a longtime for the product to work apparently. i think it needs to rain a few times, but the tiles were limber on my last inspection. i guess I'm more than half wrong. i just had different expectations and i don't think I'm alone. the crews were just great.
