I have been using Queen's cleaning for five years and they are really good for the value. Whatever I ask them to do gets done in a reasonable amount of time. I like how they take extra time to clean the areas that I really need help with, such a baseboards and shower. Renato is always nice and helpful over the phone. They are very flexible with scheduling. Sometimes I have needed to cancel and change the appointment last minute and that has never been a problem. The only thing I have issue with is that the cleaners don't usually arrive at the scheduled time. I don't think that is acceptable even if they are busy finishing up another job. Have been using Queens for I don't know how many years now. For the past several it has been the same to ladies who have done our house and we are soooo pleased with their work. They are pleasant and do a great job for us, including changing our bed linens for us. Have also had them come and do our windows (something not covered in regular bi-weekly cleanings) as well as our solar panels!
