As a realtor based in Orinda, Queens Cleaning has done at least 30 cleaning jobs for me on behalf of my clients during this past year. They always do a great job getting the houses ready that I bring to market. Renato and his crew are always spot on with cleaning the entire house and also offer window cleaning service that make all the houses that I list show incredibly well. I have been using Queen's cleaning for five years and they are really good for the value. Whatever I ask them to do gets done in a reasonable amount of time. I like how they take extra time to clean the areas that I really need help with, such a baseboards and shower. Renato is always nice and helpful over the phone. They are very flexible with scheduling. Sometimes I have needed to cancel and change the appointment last minute and that has never been a problem. The only thing I have issue with is that the cleaners don't usually arrive at the scheduled time. I don't think that is acceptable even if they are busy finishing up another job. We all have busy lives and need to stick to a time frame. Luckily we are flexible so it works for us. Once the cleaners arrive, she is always sweet and professional. It is almost hotel quality. I highly recommend Queen's Housecleaning if anyone is looking for good value deep cleaning. Just make sure to tell Renato that you need them to come as close to the scheduled time as possible.

Have been using Queens for I don't know how many years now. For the past several it has been the same to ladies who have done our house and we are soooo pleased with their work. They are pleasant and do a great job for us, including changing our bed linens for us. Have also had them come and do our windows (something not covered in regular bi-weekly cleanings) as well as our solar panels!
