Plus One Spa

I have been going to plus one spa for a while. I have had excellent massages, both full body and feet. Yesterday I had one of the best massages ever. I had very severe sore muscles so walking was difficult. Nyna gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She did deep tissue and with my permission really dug into the painful spots. Now, a day later, I feel true relief. Nyna, you get an A+!

Small place with great charm, very nice staff that does excellent work. I don't get massages often but I felt great after. I have low back pain a lot and it hasn't felt this good in a while. I'll definitely return. I booked this experience through class pass so everything was paid for already and I just had to tip. The lady made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain the whole way through which was also great. Would recommend. I did the 90min Swedish massage the only thing is I would probably do an hour next time just because 90min is a bit long I feel.

To start Shu applied hard pressure (as asked) throughout my entire body. Then she used oil and hot stones to finish up this delightful massage. I left feeling refreshed and calm. I look forward to more massage treatments in the future.
