They're so nice and happy to help you! The lack of gloves and touching their face as they touch feet is definitely concerning though. At one point she left to the bathroom which is fine, but hadn't put any polish on my toes yet and made me put the UV machine on? Unfortunately I'll have to file into the shape I asked for and didn't get either. I hope they get some new polish replacements. Their white polish was so thick and splotchy as she applied it on. She rounded off my toenails and now they look ugly and bulbous.

Always a nice time with Olivera Nail Spa. I always request for Tina. Simple relaxing service for me. What I like is how they suggest what's nice and perhaps best for the nails.
