“Having lice is devastating. We believe we had it since January or Feb 2024... it's now September.. 4x we tried over the counter shampoos/mouses/gels and it helps but they came back over and over. We finally sought professional help and man we sure wish we did at the first sign of having it. Having this issue can feel humiliating and I'm so grateful we found this clinic. The staff were soo friendly and helpful. This business and these ladies are angels. Can't say enough kind things. Save time and money and stress by booking an apt.“

“I had to have a core needle biopsy. Thank goodness I was directed to the imaging center at John Muir in Walnut Creek I was impressed with the concern and care I received from the time I arrived at the center. Of course I am 80 and everyone looks young to me, but these technicians and doctors are fully prepared to handle the scary part of having a breast biopsy for cancer. Joann was my technician and in my estimation, they do not come any better Not only is she extremely competent and professional, but her sincere care and awareness of my emotions, was refreshing. She continually reassured me everything will be fine and that Dr. Chen was really really good in doing the biopsy. I didn't have any discomfort and things moved along very quickly. So glad other women will have the opportunity to have such a wonderful experience in such an emotional and scary situation . Thank you team, I'm grateful for your care.“

“If god forbid you are in need of vascular, cardiac or thoracic surgery this is the place to go to! This group of surgeons are the most caring and knowledgeable group I have EVER seen! They take care of every patient like they are their own family members. They spend so much time explaining the procedure, following up and keeping the family informed during the entire process. Having heart issues run in my family, I can't even say how at ease I am to have such a great cardiac surgeon group minutes away. I would never let my family go anywhere else!
