“My AC went out a few months ago during the heat wave. The original company that installed the AC 3 years ago didn't want to take responsibility of fixing it. After a couple of months of trying to find someone to fix our AC, a friend recommended MechPros. I emailed MechPros of what has happened to the AC, Kelly was fast to respond. She got Paul to call me and I gave him details of why the AC stopped running. We texted to try to get the unit fixed. They ordered the part, squeezed us into their very busy schedule and their technicians came and got our AC up and running.
That's a great company!!

“My thermostats were on cool but not generating any cold air. I went outside to check the AC unit and the fan was not working. It was a hot day, so I looked up Air conditioning repair and chose ACS because of good reviews, plus they were family owned and in business over 10+ years. Joe was technician that arrived to give me a full diagnostic and price quote. I believe that I'm a good judge of a person and I immediately could tell that Joe was very experienced, not trying to bs me and just a nice guy overall. It took all of maybe 10 minutes to show me that the capacitor was bad. I looked at it and it was obvious that it had blown up. I said "are you sure that's it." He looked at me with confidence and said "Yes." I could tell he knew what he was doing. He could have tried to oversell me but he was very professional and confident. He got a new capacitor out of his truck and installed it in no time. The cost and labor was more than reasonable. I was really impressed. We talked while he was installing the part and I discovered that he has been in the HVAC business since he was old enough to work. I highly recommend Joe for your AC repairs.
