In a word, "FANTASTIC!" Upon entering this office for the first time, the courteous and friendly staff greeted me as if I had been a patient for many years. When I provided the eyeglasses that I was wearing to the Office Manager ("Jennifer")--not only did she clean them--but she also repaired the broken earpiece that I had been told by my previous optometrist was "irreparable." Then a comprehensive eye examination was performed by several members of the office staff--including a digital scan of my eyes that allows a chronological database of eye health to be maintained over time. Highly recommended. Staff are very professional. Place is clean and up to date. I was able to book same day. Looking forward to bring the rest of my family for their eye check next time.

I saw doctor Ruzicka and had a great experience. I have a lazy eye and have a history of eye problems in my family; my dad had a sudden detachment of his retina fairly early in life. I was born with a lazy eye and was subjected to patching of the good eye back in the 80s as a child. The bad eye has gotten worse and I was afraid of not passing my dmv test, getting a crossed eye, or having a sudden detachment myself. He was understanding of the fact that I didn't want to patch as a child and how traumatizing that is socially for a child to deal with in the 80s. He was honest that it probably didn't help much.
