It is so hard to find a barber that you know you can go to over and over. My boyfriend and I came here years ago and didn't really fall in love with it. I mean, the barber at the time did his job, but nothing that made us want to go back. Here we are years later. He was in the area, so he gave this place another try. He walked in with no appointment and I believe he said he waited maybe 15 minutes and Alex was able to help him out. It wasn't until the follow up haircut that we found his barber. Alex has been such a great barber and she always tries her best to make sure he cut is exactly what he ask for. She even suggest that it might not look exactly like the photos because they hair thickness and style of the person in the photo is not the same. No matter what my boyfriend ask for, Alex always tries her best to make it happen. I also love that, if I don't go with him to his appointments, Alex always ask where I am. Love that relationship there. Thank you Alex for always making Carlos' hair look good. You are the best and our favorite barber. #1Barber All the barbers there are very friendly and nice and they all know what they are doing. I feel like, if you know EXACTLY what you want and to stay friendly and vocal with them, you will leave happy. If you tell them what you want and show a picture, but not make you voice heard once you see something you don't like, of course you are going to leave unhappy. Not sure where those unprofessional comments are coming from, but they do their job and have fun. Thank you to the whole team for having such a fun place.

I have been going to Empire barbershop for about a year getting cut by Dario , great guy and knows how to cut really good! Before I would bounce around from shop to shop because the barbers wouldn't be consistent with their skill set not at empire , dario knows what he's doing and the vibe at empire is always welcoming and professional

About two weeks ago, I called around in Vacaville and Suisun City to get some barbershop pricing. Only a few were $35, some were $45, and a lot were $50 for a haircut. This isn't Sport Clips. I knew some barber out there from out-of-state, who used to give me a buzz in my garage no extra charge. Six years ago, a haircut at a barbershop in the neighborhood would be $20-25. 28 years ago, if a barbershop in the hood was charging me $35 for a haircut that would be outrageous and I wouldn't believe it. I don't know how barbershop's out there that aren't from Carmel, Santa Clara, San Francisco, Napa, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, or Scottsdale be charging high prices for a haircut. It sounded like they were price fixing. You pay for what you get, but if they're charging $50 or more, I'm naturally going to be expecting a $50 or more haircut. Yesterday, I booked an Empire standard haircut for 7:15 PM. A lot of barbershops don't work with my schedule, they're mostly closed at 5 PM. I like how Squire Technologies made booking with them easy. I like how they gave me an option to pay online or in person. Unless I have to, most of the time I go with in person and cash. This barbershop is in a shopping center. I arrived kind of early, about an hour and had some time to kill. I like the design here, very classy and slightly modern in black and white. I got exactly what I needed. Everything was excellent. I give this 5.0 stars out of 5.0 stars.
