I found Dr Parham through the contra costa county health listing as highly recommended for the past 7/8 years. I have been struggling with ptsd, depression, anxiety, sleep apnea, alcoholism and addiction. He recommended me to go to AA and rehab. He also got me a c pap machine for my sleep apnea due to me being 270 lbs, I used to be 190 until I fell into everything. He helped me through the many years, I have been sober for almost 6 years, I am back down to 190 lbs and no longer use the cpap. And, yes, none of my problems will go away, there is no cure, but he has helped me learn to control them. No more suicidal thoughts, even after attempting 3x. Dr. Gharagozlou was my primary doctor while I was living in east bay and that was the best thing that happened in my life. He is such a dedicated doctor with accurate diagnoses and I am so glad that I had a chance to become his patient.
