One star is too kind. I can tell you I would not use them. I witnessed work being done that was not necessary at multiple locations and when I asked why they are demoing Sheetrock in a room that had no water damage, mold or anything else, I was told because it’s an insurance job, who cared. I also witnessed how they would go in and do whatever they had to in order to set equipment out before the home owner could contact their insurance. See the owner told ne they make their money on the equipment rental fee. So they bully Mr. Smith to put drying equipment in his home, assuring him that his home owners insurance will cover it. Thank you for starting the process of cleaning, drying out and packing up our flooded house while we were still in route home from vacation. We felt safe and secure knowing that with your help, we would return to find the 3 month process of being out of our home, started by you. Thank you for coming out when we were ready to move back in and get us unpacked again. Your guys were nice and caring of our terrible situation.
My insurance company sent out Phoenix Restoration Services when I had a water damage in our rental home. They were prompt, courteous, and competent in dealing with the water damage issues.
