A big thank you to Andy for repairing our dishwasher this week. I called and left a massage with Chill Hub on the weekend and received a call back early Monday morning. To my surprise Andy came later that morning to assess the problem. The machine needed a new part which came in that same week. Amazingly, Andy was back on Thursday to replace the old part. No more hand washing after dinner.Andy is professional, on time and informative. He shared some good tips for keeping our machine in tip top condition before he left. Andy from Chillhub installed the HVAC system at our ADU in Hayward, they did a great job and are very professional.They kept an open communication and updated me on the progress of the work in each stage.
