Built Right Construction and Restoration

We did not ultimately choose to go with Built Right Construction for our project, but I want to express how much we appreciated their professionalism throughout the process. Carlos was excellent at communicating via email, prompt during the inspection, and provided us with a very detailed estimate of the work needed. He even followed up with us regularly to ensure we had all the information we needed. While we didn’t end up using their services, based on the level of professionalism they displayed, I cannot recommend their company enough.

Built Right Construction & Restoration did a remodel of my kitchen and a bathroom that had been severely damaged from a water pipe break. In hindsight, I should have called them before I called my insurance company.
My insurance company sent over a (fly by night) water restoration company that waited and took pictures for almost a month before they even started. Had I known that as an insured I was eligible to call anyone I like for the water mitigation. But I did hire Built Right to do the remodel unaware that I could have called them for the water mitigation.

After experiencing a water leak that damaged our master bathroom, laundry, powder and family rooms, we contacted Carlos at Built Right. Carlos and Hector are knowledgeable and very professional. They worked with the insurance adjuster to insure we received what we were entitled to in our policy. Carlos and his dedicated and talented crew worked diligently until the project was complete. We appreciate everything they did for our home. We love our new bathrooms, laundry room and new downstairs flooring. Thank you to the Built Right crew.
