Ryan is your go to. I know nothing about roofing. His service has gone beyond roofing. He has helped me navigate everything including solar panels off solar panels on and any other issues that have come up. Oh and I had new roof in 2 days. That's amazing to me I have a 2 story house.
It’s two days before my roofing project starts. In advance, Nathan, the customer service manager, made a small mistake and owned up to it as a learning experience in a genuine way. I too have made mistakes, so it was really appreciated that he communicated clearly and made it right for me—his customer. Backed up by the company owner, Raul, who reviewed our contract and job specifications and helped Nathan learn, I would highly recommend Bay Valley for their quality control.
