I filled out their survey here on yelp. They got back to me. I asked one additional question. They answered. I said "Sounds great!" and gave them some options for when they could come that would work for us. Then couldnt get them to respond again. I sent two more messages trying to get them to respond. We literally got to the "great, take my money!" point, and then couldnt get a response.
