Mike is amazing. His honesty and integrity stand out. We had major problems due a to hot water pipe burst in the crawl space. He came out, helped find a plumber first to fix the pipe (others were not willing to go there due to the accumulated water) and then set about the process of drying. We ended up switching to a company that our insurance pressured us to use but Mike kept his equipment running at no charge until the other company set up theirs. He kept coming and advising us at no charge. If it weren't for the pressure to use the other company, we would have had Mike finish the full job. I highly highly recommend All Dry and Tidy !!
If I could describe Mike’s work at All Dry and Tidy with a few words, I’d say “professional”, “meticulous”, and very “communicative”. I first worked with Mike last spring after a few rain storms caused a roof leak and flooding in our home. Mike came in to take a look and was a true professional, quickly assessing and then providing a detailed quote and description of the work. Throughout the job, he was communicative about exactly what he was finding and the next steps involved. This company is EXCELLENT. I was so impressed that the owner (Mike) personally answered my call and was able to do an estimate the next day. His customer service is fantastic and he really values his customers.Mike is extremely knowledgeable as he has been in the business 25 years. He always responded to questions, texts etc. immediately and helped us navigate through the process with ease and gave us peace of mind.Mike does the job right, takes pride in his work and is honest. He made a stressful situation so much easier!! I HIGHLY recommend this company.
