I contacted All Clear Pools in January based on a friends recommendation since I felt our current pool service was getting too expensive. Talked to Marie who said Renee would contact me. A couple days later I found someone in my backyard checking chemicals. He said he was from All Clear Pool and the chemicals were in order (which they should be since we have weekly service). Told him I wanted to start in Feb as current service would be terminated at the end of the month. Never heard anything. Called office again and was told Renee would call. Received an email from the company stating we had a broken valve which would cost $100 to repair. Also wanted $300 to deep clean the pool!! I emailed back no problem with valve repair but did take issue with the deep clean and sent him the weekly report from my current company stating the pool was clean and chemicals at correct levels. Never received a response. Needless to say, going with another company. Also wondering if there really is someone there named Renee.
I can’t review this company based on their performance because we have never used their services.HOWEVER, we were sent an invoice for “June Monthly Pool Service” addressed to the previous owner of our home when we have owned the home for 6 months and have NEVER had our pool serviced by this company.
I finally left this service. Here is an example why:I contacted them at the beginning of the week to have my pool heater checked out. We agreed they would send someone before the end of the week, and that person would call or text in advance. Nothing, so I called them, but their office had closed. I left a message.No call back following my message, and no call to let me know they would not be sending someone out (at $135 by the way, just to send). The following Monday, someone just shows up. I was in a Zoom meeting at the time, so I had to send him on his way. Then, the more I thought about their service over the years, or lack of it, and their steadily increasing monthly costs, and the recent example of just blowing me off, the more I thought I will just go somewhere else.Cancelled my service with All Clear, and have never heard another word from them, no apology, no attempt to keep me as a customer after screwing me over.
