Unfortunately, I can't give my first experience at this spa more than 2 stars. I selected a color with quite a bit of shimmer and when it turned out to be extremely sheer I asked if it would be better to do a solid color underneath. I was told that a second coat would fix the problem. I asked again when the second coat was still too sheer, and was told we could do a third coat. After a FOURTH coat I realized I just wasn't going to be happy with the results. It looked like I'd done my nails myself, and at least half of the gel polish chipped off in the first 4 days. Super disappointing. But everyone was very friendly.
I love AK my go to nail salon forsure Ann is amazing she's always makes time to get you in so kind I have yet to do lashes with her from what I seen with her clients amazing an fair priced !! Karen I love her she dose my nails mainly she's the best she makes sure she clears everything off your nails she really takes her time to do a great job every-time she is very attentive when asking you what you want with your nails ! Cleans underneath so well! The BEST thank you guys for such great service always an leaving my nails so pretty !
I dropped in without an appointment for a mani/pedi. The service exceeded my expectations. The salon staff took time to do my service. The place was clean, organized and efficient. I didn't feel rushed at and I would return again
