We literally had talked to 5 other places before we came across them and hands down best customer service around and honest and kept to the time frame and his word and then some ,will definitely be our new go to. Thankyou for all your help

Don't know where I'd be without this place. I have been coming here for years and is always pleasantly surprised. Kevin knows computers. One of the smartest person I know when it comes to recovering or repairing your laptop or Desktop. I will never stop going there first for my repairs. Good luck to Aim Computers and Kevin.

I just don't know what to say about this guy....Avoid him? Avoid the location? Insanely overpriced compared to the actual market value of the ancient parts they sell, used products which may or may not contain defects, and the man running it had no idea RAM speeds were either
A: a thing that exists
or
B: something critically important to your machine actually running well if at all....

If you have an ancient Windows XP system and refuse to upgrade into the modern world for whatever reason then they MAY be able to help you but it's honestly a gamble. I'd strongly recommend doing your own research and buying the part you need online or from another source.
